Checks run based on your plan. Free plan monitors run every 5 minutes, while paid plans support faster intervals.

Will I get notified when my site goes down?

Yes. You will receive downtime alerts through supported channels such as email, and additional channels based on your subscription.

Can I monitor APIs as well as websites?

Yes, you can monitor both URLs and API endpoints, and review uptime history from your dashboard.

How do I get Telegram Alerts?

You can get Telegram Alerts by upgrading to a paid plan. Telegram Alerts are currently available for Starter, Pro, and Agency plans.

How do I set up Telegram Alerts?

Step 1 -> Open Telegram Step 2 -> Search @secondsmonitor_bot Step 3 -> Send /start Step 4 -> Bot replies with your Chat ID Step 5 -> Paste Chat ID in Alert Settings and update

After setting up Telegram Alerts, why am I not receiving alerts?

Any new user → must send /start to your bot("secondsmonitor_bot") first. Telegram privacy rule — bots can't message people who never talked to them
